3、 Usage and Maintenance
1. Installation
1) The equipment is in place according to the drawings and on-site requirements, and it is allowed to use pad iron and 200 mesh fine stone bricks to plug the equipment and

2) Clean the reducer before installation, add new oil for lubrication as required, and only after passing the single machine test run acceptance can it be used

2. Start and Run
1) Before starting, check the oil level and lubrication points of the motor, electrical appliances, and reducer, and check all tightness

Then install the coupling and check if the instruments, valves, etc. are installed correctly.
2) After preparation, start the dryer motor, open the upper feeding port, and add the material to the equipment,

3) Open the steam inlet valve and non condensable gas discharge valve, and close the non condensable gas after the steam emerges

Open the inlet valve of the steam trap and record the steam pressure, which should not exceed 0.5Mpa.

3. Precautions
